Thank you Garry. Your writing makes a very complex web of deceit clear to all. Our political and it seems bureaucratic elites use their power to feather their own nests and ensure they maintain their dominant status in society. You are right. It is time to wish them all a not so fond "farewell". Just wish I knew how!! When traditional media and the RCMP are also "captured" where do we turn? Election time you say? But who would clean shop?

Alot of French Canadians in Ottawa are protecting their pensions other than Canadians.

The citizans of Canada are just a number to keep paying into the system of money laundering called taxes (AIIB, ASEAN). Cleaning up shop is a huge endeavour and Montreal will never let that happen.

It is bizarre that a mercurial US President-elect will be the one to force action against the Fentanyl trade in Canada. I wonder why our own politicians, bureaucrats, law enforcement agents and (some) media people are so wiling to look the other way...

Money talks and our friend and future President of the US Trump knows this more than most. Our current Liberal party is filled with DEI and woke appointees and cannot even venture to deal with him, when he actually becomes president in 2025. As a person who remembers growing up in a country when our interests were upheld by our elected representatives (to some extent) I know that our country can be strong in the face of such daunting world powers. Trudeau and the NDP/Libs need to go now before they filled their remaining year with handouts that we cannot afford. Poilievre will do better as well as those elected with him, without DEI and woke baloney. Thanks for writing this Mr. Clements. I await your future thoughts on what to do.

Yup. Thanks Sam. Whenever I say things like the Desmarais family, the CCBC, Chrétien and the China Lobby in general basically controlling Canadian federal govt policy for the past three decades, folks generally look at me like I've forgotten my tinfoil toque somewhere. It's good to see this becoming acknowledged publicly in 'respectable circles'.

Surprised TD Bank was not mentioned, nor Jean Charest.

The question on my mind is, what federal politicians have the backbone to stand up to this? Certainly the presumptive “next guy”’s credentials are questionable: he’s too busy calling people names and trying to score political “garbage goals” to take a stand. Besides, we’re in an age where greed has been gradually seeping through our society, and not just to the elites.

I've always suspected our politicians have been bribed, extorted, or threatened hence the lack of spine! BC is a CLASSIC example of this. East Hastings has been a mess for at least 40 years and NO government did much, if anything to cut it off at the source. Crooked cops? ABSOLUTELY! The province is 'owned by the CCP. Walking around Vancouver you'd think you were in China!

This one is a bit over the top, don't you think?

Many countries have relationships with China.

Sen. McConnell's wife is the owner of a large Chinese shipping company.

You clearly don't know enough about our crooked (mostly Québecois) overlords. Read up on Operation Sidewinder. Didn't start back then (1990s), it was way before; at least since Power Corp started building CANDU reactors in China.
