Typical story. Wife comes to Canada, homemaker with 1 daughter spouse works in China but comes to Vancouver several times a year. She obtains permanent residence status and sponsors spouse from China. She buys other properties with spouse money. Now other shit happens, but she denies any knowledge of how her now deceased spouse made his money. How convenient. So lack of knowledge of the law is no excuse typically in Canada right.

This "dark" condition is true of many buildings in Kerrisdale. Not only is real estate costly, neighbourhoods and community have been sacrificed, notwithstanding the chaos of constant construction.
