Sam has just reported on X that Carbey has confidence in Chiang. Chiang stays. He says that Chiang is a person of integrity. From CBC.

It is likely that Carnage received a phone call from Xi Jinping himself. The call probably went something like, Hello, you will keep Chiang or else.

And thus, the intra culture fight is ON! NOT a good look for the CHINESE communities and definitely NOT for the Liberals. Chiang's comment certainly appeared to be a direct THREAT even if he did attempt to make 'light' of it later. As Sam's repeatedly reported on the Chinese interference among other dastardly issues, and CARNEY'S recent public FINANCIAL embrace, are WE supposed to TRUST them? NO , at least not politically! Other than their food, acupuncture and martial arts regimines (Tai Chi and Chi Gong included), not much else is looking good here. Admittedly, EVERY TIME I read something else that's troublesome that a Chinese official or business person has been involved in my mind instantly reverts back to the movie, 'The Year of the Dragon'. I highly recommend watching it because it certainly seems like the brutality in 'their' underworld is most definitely going on leaving me highly suspicious of EVERY politician or high end business person. It should have been blatantly obvious where Canada was heading when Trudeau made his introductory comment about loving the 'Chinese Dictatorship' my ears perked up like a Doberman's being backed into a corner! Where the hell was everyone else and what WERE they thinking then? Yet, here we are! GOD help us, cus who else can?

Thank you, Sam! Keep up the good work. Chiang’s comment was not only meant to intimidate and put a bounty on Joe Tay, but clearly was a warning to all of the Canadian voters of Chinese origins that this is what happens to people who speak against the CCP! That Carney has the gall to say an apology fixes this threat is grounds for the removal of both Carney and Chiang.

It seems like they feel they aren't required to take this seriously.

This is what we get for canadian moderates pre-emptively annointing Carney.

Arrogance unbounded by reality.

Why do some canadians think we would be better off tied to China instead of the USA?

Fantastic work, Sam! I see lots of it reposted on Twitter/X.

Carney is a CCP stoolie. He is almost a member. The amount of funds he has invested in China makes him a mouthpiece for them. If he says the wrong thing that money could be forfeited which would destroy Canada. He will do Chinas bidding here.

Excellent news. Is this the beginning of the end of Chinese money and votes influencing the Liberal party

Only if they get tossed out in this election, otherwise its only going to get worse.

Unfortunately, that is very unlikely from what is known.

If this doesn’t get a candidate replaced, that says everything.

As a former police office, Paul Chiang really ought to have known better. Is Canada so wanting in political talent that we have to accept a man who displays not only questionable judgment, but someone who revealed a Freudian slip of his divided loyalties. If Carney has confidence in Chiang, then Carney is also a man with questionable judgment. Let us not forget why Joe Tay is wanted by the Hong Kong government? Merely for speaking out against injustices carried out by this puppet regime, which merely does the bidding of a brutal, dictatorial regime. Once again, can we please put aside the dollar sign, and consider doing what is right and just for a change.

I have said time after time that Canada is in great danger of being handed over to Communist China should Carney succeed in becoming PM. Well, he is PM (even if unelected) and he seems to think there is no longer any reason to even appear to be concerned with Canadian well being. If Carney thinks of Chiang as an ethical person then Carney is deeper in China's pocket than anyone may know. Canada is at war and most Canadians don't even realize it. Carney net zero policies set in place on Britain during his tenure as head of Bank of England has destroyed their manufacturing sector. WEF's Net Zero policies in the UK and Europe have decimated manufacturing and now British Steel is also teetering in the balance. Carney will do the same here in Canada if he has the chance.

Listening to Mr.Chiang at his campaign roll out ,as well as Carneys |Trudeau Liberals embracement and desire to intertwine our economies /trade with China is it not possible that both China and the Liberals have a plan to include Canada in Chinas Belt and Road initiative ?

The Liberals want laws against tweeting or even thinking a bad thought, but this is OK?
